This reminds me of the maps of 'Jesusland' that circulated after the US election last year. Point Topic have worked out which are the areas in the UK with the highest use of broadband and the lowest, and without almost no exception the worst areas are all Tory or Plaid Cymru seats and the best are all Labour. What's going on there? Cardiff does well because NTL has had a lot of success selling the package, Caemarfon does poorly because it's apparently BT's fault for still not broadbanding up the exchanges. Far be it from me to suggest that people's inability to access internet porn or an amusing webgimick that makes it look like a cat is licking the inside of your screen leads you to vote Tory...
