It's things like this that irritate me. We're constantly told as children about how technology is there to make our lives easier, or how technology helps the disabled or ill to live normal productive lives, then you hear about something like this, where who knows how much money is being spent, trying to find a way to save well-off people from the massive inconvenience that is having to take your iPod out of your pocket and look at it when you want to change tracks. I don't think enough is being done to sort out this blight actually, we need Bob Geldof and a huge fucking rock concert to raise awareness and funds to deal with this terrible problem.
