Well, Lord Hutton has talked about what his enquiry into the death of Doctor Kelly will and won't cover. I'm a bit worried that if the BBC or the Government did anything wrong that the inquiry is such that it will be more likely to find out that the BBC did something wrong than if it were the Government that was the sinners but I think it may all hinge on whether there is any wiggle room in interpretations of what Lord Hutton has said.
