FBI draws blank in anthrax probe. There was a program, either Horizon on the BBC or Dispatches on C4, about six months after the attacks, that suggested strongly that the attacks were an inside job, that it was someone who felt 'a message had to be sent' to warn America how ill-equiped it was to deal with bio-terrorism. If such a hypothesis were to be true, and there is no proof that it is, is the failure of the FBI genuine, or a cover-up?
