Anglicans face crisis as delegates in US vote for gay bishop. Surely, if the majority of American and British Anglicans favour homosexual priests and it's only the majority of African members causing a fuss then the sensible thing to do would be to tell the Africans to sod off and form their own Church? As the Church of England was created only so a randy King could get his leg over, there's a precedent there and the African churches can have their own church which is just like CofE but with a homophobic core, and the rest of the Anglican church can come into the twenty-first century.
